Cancellation should be done 24 hrs prior to appointment. Please be aware that cancellations or changes made with less than 24 business hours notice are charged the customary appointment fee. Cancellations/changes of appointments on Mondays or after holidays must be done by the appointment time on the Friday or business day prior to the appointment to avoid a fee. For example: an appointment scheduled for 12pm on Monday must be cancelled by 12pm on Friday to avoid incurring a fee.

Integrative psychiatry is often misunderstood. It does not reject medication. Instead, it offers a broader, more holistic framework for mental health care.
This approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatments, such as medications and psychotherapy, with complementary therapies like nutrition, mindfulness, exercise, and lifestyle changes. The focus is on treating the whole person — mind, body, and environment — and tailoring care to each individual's unique needs.

My role is to ensure that any changes are made safely, thoughtfully, and with a full understanding of the potential risks and benefits. If I believe that a particular change may do more harm than good, I will explain my concerns openly and respectfully.
I offer specific expertise in managing and minimizing side effects during antidepressant tapering, and I work with each person to create a plan that prioritizes both safety and well-being.
