Rapid Transformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is an innovative therapeutic approach developed by renowned British therapist Marisa Peer. It integrates principles from hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy to address and resolve deep-seated emotional and behavioral issues. ​

RTT focuses on identifying and reframing negative beliefs and patterns stored in the subconscious mind, often originating from past experiences. By accessing these root causes, RTT facilitates rapid and lasting change, with many clients experiencing significant improvements after just one to three sessions.

The therapy is designed to help individuals overcome a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, and self-esteem issues. It also aims to enhance performance and motivation in various aspects of life.

🌟 What to Expect

in a

RTT® Session

RTT

90-120 minute Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) $1295

This can benefit someone after initial evaluation is established and it is determined mutually between provider and patient that this treatment modality will be beneficial in recovery. 

An RTT® session typically consists of 3-4 visits. It is designed to create deep and lasting transformation by working with the subconscious mind. Here's a step-by-step overview:

  1. First Initial Discussion-75minutes $525
    You'll begin by talking with the therapist about the issue you want to work on—whether it's emotional, behavioral, physical, or performance-related. Together, you’ll define a clear goal for the session.

  2. Second Session- 120 minutes $1295

    a. Guided Hypnosis
    You’ll be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state using hypnosis (don’t worry, you're fully in control the whole time). This allows access to your subconscious mind, where deeply rooted beliefs and patterns live.

    b. Regression
    You’ll be guided to revisit a few relevant scenes or memories from your past—often from childhood—that are connected to the root of the issue. This helps uncover where the limiting belief or pattern began.

    c. Understanding & Reframing
    With the therapist’s guidance, you’ll gain insight into how those past experiences shaped your current challenges. Then, you’ll work together to reframe those beliefs in a powerful, positive way.

    d. Transformation Recording
    At the end, you’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to daily for at least 21 days. This helps reinforce the new beliefs and embed the transformation deeply into your subconscious.

  3. Follow up: 25 minutes $295

    After 21 days a follow-up is set up to check progress.
