True healing is individualized at Evolving Mind Integrative Psychiatry through Telehealth and In-person in Indiana.
I believe that true healing happens when we treat the whole person — not just the symptoms. Mental health is deeply connected to physical health, lifestyle patterns, emotional history, and even spiritual well-being. That’s why I take an integrative, root-cause approach to psychiatry — combining thoughtful medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle medicine, and holistic tools to help you feel better in a lasting, sustainable way

Conditions I Treat

My Treatment Modalities
My Treatment Modalities
Medication Management
Thoughtful, evidence-based use of psychiatric medications tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to alleviate symptoms effectively while minimizing side effects — and medications are always integrated as part of a broader care plan, not the only solution.
Genetic Testing (Gene Sight)
Genetic testing to help guide psychiatric medication choices based on how your body metabolizes different medications — supporting more personalized and effective treatment planning.
Root-Cause Psychiatry
A comprehensive approach that looks beyond symptoms to identify what’s truly contributing to emotional distress and current symptoms — including trauma history, hormonal shifts, nutritional deficiencies, lifestyle patterns, and medical conditions.
Nutraceuticals & Supplements
Targeted, high-quality supplements to address underlying imbalances and enhance mental health outcomes. Often used to support energy, sleep, mood, immune function, and reduce medication side effects.
Mindfulness, Meditation & Stress Management
Integrating evidence-based techniques to help manage stress, regulate emotions, and build resilience — including meditation, breathwork, and grounding practices.
Comprehensive Lab Testing
Advanced lab panels focused on mental, gut, hormonal, and nutritional health — including testing for inflammation, microbiome imbalances, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid function, and more.
Lifestyle Coaching (Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep)
Guidance and support in optimizing foundational lifestyle habits that have a profound impact on mental wellness — including healthy movement, restorative sleep, and nutrient-rich eating habits.
Culturally Sensitive and Immigrant-Informed Care
A safe, stigma-free space to explore mental health through the lens of cultural identity, life transitions, and immigrant experience — honoring your story and supporting your healing without judgment.
.
Functional & Integrative Medicine
An evidence-based, whole-body approach that explores how your physical health impacts your mental well-being — and addresses the root biological factors through lab testing, supplements, and nutrition.
Hormonal Balance Evaluation
Evaluation and support for hormonal imbalances that can impact mood, energy, anxiety, and emotional regulation — especially around perimenopause, postpartum, and menstrual cycles.
